RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sound Extractions, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the policy below for eligibility and return instructions.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Sound Extractions

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused or lightly used

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products marked non-returnable at purchase

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Excessively used or empty products at our discretion


3. HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

We may request photos for damaged or incorrect items.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product arrived defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sound Extractions is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution

If a refund is denied, we may contact you regarding alternative options.


6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging if applicable

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.


7. EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately


8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Failure to claim delivery

  • Refusal of shipment

we may deduct original shipping costs and return shipping costs from any eligible refund.


9. PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow reasonable processing time for:

  • Return review

  • Refund issuance

  • Banking/payment processing delays

Shipping carrier delays are outside our control.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sound Extractions reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
