ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sound Extractions, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation approval.


2. ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the order after shipment, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by Sound Extractions.


3. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are often processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment.

Because of this:

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase

  • We cannot guarantee that modification or cancellation requests can be completed before fulfillment begins


4. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

If Sound Extractions offers subscription or recurring purchase services:

  • Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle

  • Orders already processed for shipment may still be fulfilled and shipped

  • Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings prior to renewal dates

Subscription cancellation instructions will be provided within the customer account portal or billing communications.


5. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Failure to receive delivery

  • Refusal of shipment

we may deduct:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Applicable carrier fees

from any eligible refund.


6. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER REVIEW

Sound Extractions reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Billing verification issues

  • Product availability limitations

  • Pricing or website errors

  • Violation of our Terms of Service

If an order is canceled by Sound Extractions after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.


7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & FINAL SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Unless otherwise stated, digital products, downloadable content, and final sale items are non-cancelable and non-refundable after purchase.


8. POLICY CHANGES

Sound Extractions reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
