Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • High-volume periods

  • Supply chain disruptions

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We may ship orders using trusted third-party carriers, including but not limited to:

  • DHL

Shipping methods and carrier availability may vary depending on destination and order size.


3. SHIPPING RATES

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  3. Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers prematurely mark packages delivered

We will reasonably assist customers in filing carrier claims where possible.


8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

we may deduct original shipping costs and return shipping fees from any eligible refund.
